In my workshop in Corsica, I create handmade chocolate confectionery, combining expertise and high standards. Marshmallows, nougats, fruit jellies, caramelised hazelnuts and my chocolate creations such as marshmallow bears, tablets and lollies are handmade from selected ingredients, for an authentic, gourmet taste experience.
