The NUSTRALE di DIANA oyster is identified by its round shell, abundant flesh and pronounced hazelnut flavour. Once again this year, an enlightened jury at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris awarded it a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole. Alongside this production, which identifies the Etang de Diana, we also grow "NUSTRALE" mussels, an essential ingredient in summer cooking. A point of sale will enable you to buy these products throughout the year, with the certainty of benefiting from a constantly renewed freshness. Spring 2026: a novelty not to be missed!
