ILE DE DIANA
L'Île de Diana, a shellfish producer on the Etang de Diana, offers a menu and products direct from the farm, in an exceptional natural setting. Here, freshness is a given: from producer to consumer, with no intermediaries. From 1 May to 31 October, you can sit on the terrace overlooking the lagoon and savour the products for an authentic gourmet experience. The menu includes open oysters served with butter, lemon or vinegar, as well as a wide choice of stuffed or cooked mussels: marinière, Roquefort or curry. At L'Île de Diana, you'll find generous recipes that showcase our expertise. The shellfish is also available for direct sale in the shop, so you can leave with local, ultra-fresh, quality products. A must-visit address in the heart of the Etang de Diana. During the summer, there's an all-you-can-eat mussels and chips evening every Friday.
