From 2pm: Church square: 2pm: demonstration of wheat flour making and sale of flour. 3pm/4pm: Conference presenting the initiative to create the Unione de l'Associi di E tre Pieve by Jean-François Grazi. 16h/17h30: Presentation of the book "Blés de pays et autres céréales à paille" by Ruth Stegassy and Jean-Pierre Bolognini. 6pm: Mass with A Cunfraterna di U Santissimu Crucifissu.
