On the slopes of Aleria, Antisanti, a one-hectare vineyard is cultivated in the old-fashioned gobelet method, with hand-harvesting and traditional vinification of old grape varieties such as Carcaghjolu neru, Aléatico, Minustellu and Grenache, which give our wine its typical floral, full-bodied character.
