A family of shepherds from Boziu planted the vines here a hundred years ago, a duo: Josée and Fabrice, old grape varieties that have disappeared and been resurrected, a soil rich in minerals, the sea and the mountains within sight, the banning of weedkillers, a balancing act by refusing to irrigate the vines, an original passion for Sciaccarellu: this is what Clos Fornelli is all about... and so much more besides.
